A 1960’s contemporary style Nolton Haven coastal cottage in extensive grounds near Nolton Beach.. Lower Ground Floor:

Bedroom 1: Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed

Shower Room: Shower, Toilet

Ground Floor:

Open plan living space.

Living area: Freeview TV, Sky, CD Player, Woodburner, Doors Leading To Balcony

Kitchen area: Breakfast Bar, Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher

Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Oil central heating (free of charge May-September; £30 per week October-April), gas, electricity, bed linen, Wi-Fi and fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Garden with patio and garden furniture. Parking. No smoking. Please note: There is a stream in the grounds.. Nolton Haven’s sheltered sandy cove is a 5 minute stroll away down a country lane from this family friendly, well furnished split level holiday home. The open plan kitchen leads into the living area with a wood burner, comfy sofas and enormous floor to ceiling windows which overlook extensive private lawns to the valley beyond. Patio doors open onto private gardens, part wild and part mown, bordered by a stream - ideal for games, picnics and lazy days.

Nolton Haven cottage featured in Homes and Gardens magazine. Eminent local architect (late Monty Minter) designed this contemporary home.

Inland discover the ancient Preseli Hills - heather coated moors dotted with cromlechs to roam - cyclists can explore the gentle rolling foothills along little wooded lanes and bridleways all within an easy drive of this coastal holiday cottage close to beach at Nolton Haven. Beach 1 mile.
