I was told by expedia that i could check in at 2pm but when i got there around 2 there was no one around and was told that check wasnt until 4, also breakfast was only between 8 and 9 which i felt was early to be up when you are on holiday

The windows were 'foggy' couldn’t see out of it properly. The beer garden was down below, it was rather noisy as we had the window open as it was very hot and humid. There was no air con. The upside was the food and staff was lovely. The decor could be updated.

City Inn St David's
Stayed a night at the City Inn at St David's. Had a great interreaction with the staff and locals in the afternoon and at dinner time, great pub meal. Had a good breakfast next morning. Well worth the stay.

Pleasant stay
Pleasant stay, comfortable clean room with tea coffee and biscuits. Excellent full breakfast, friendly service. Would use again if in the area.

The room was clean and pleasant bed very comfortable one if the best nights sleep ive had.The host was very friendly.Breakfast was very good presented well and tasted as goid as it looked.

The City Inn is close to St David's Cathedral and city centre. The Hotel has been redecorated recently and is clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast was excellent . Our only criticism is that the Hotel phone number is wrong on the Hotel com site, which made a delayed ferry a cause of anxiety !

City Inn, You can gauge a place by how well we slept. Guess what we both were only woken by the phones alarm. Very pleasant place.

Great location for St Davids and surrounding area. Quiter as not on the high street and opposite a Nisa which is handy. Breakfast is lovely and staff were very helpful and friendly. The view from our top floor room was beautiful. Decor is not modern and the pillows were a bit flat.

Great location for visiting St Davids
Nice little hotel that was very good value for money. Just a short walk away from the centre of St Davids and local amenities. Good parking, good size rooms and a nice breakfast.

Booked at the last minute as limited availability in the area. Outdated pub room, shabby public areas. Freestanding bath with shower head but no curtain. No secure area for bicycle storage overnight. Proprietor disinterested in finding a workable solution and just walked off during attempted discussion. Overpriced for facilities and state of repair.

The hotel was a little dated but the rooms were clean, tidy and had been freshly painted. The staff were very friendly, always on hand to help and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was nice, we had evening meal and that was to a good standard.

The proprietor was friendly and breakfast was good but the hotel would benefit from some updating. The hotel was central to St Davids. It was ok for a one night stay.

Comfortable stay, on a stop-off from walking the coastal path. Had a meal in the evening, OK. drinks good. A very hard time for this trade in the current circumstances and all covid measures carried out. Helpful staff.

Comfortable room in a lovely pub
The room was comfortable, bigger than expected and really clean. I liked being able to easily adjust the heating in the room. I loved having a bath! The food was fantastic - great choice, wonderfully tasty and brilliant portions! Really good service and friendly locals in the bar. I'd definitely recommend others to stay here.

Bit concerned that the PAT test dates on the TV & radio alarm were several years out of date. The bulb in a bedside light was broken in the lamp holder. Otherwise very enjoyable stay. Cooked breakfast was very well done - not damning with faint praise, it really was and it’s not always the case in a B&B.

Spacious rooms and genormally clean with just some attention required to shower head and plug holes required. Fantastic breakfast with thick cut bacon and served on hot plates. Wonderful! Great location and would stay again.

Family room was good size with space to move about We would have preferred a shower to a bath but great bath for long soak after a days hike Bar meals home made, tasty and reasonably priced Steak and Ale pie was top notch Staff very pleasant and helpful Its an older hotel and does need a bit of renovation outside but room and linen spotless

Nice clean hotel but
This hotel was okay we only stayed 1 night, it was clean and comfortable which is what we wanted but the bathroom which states shower is not a shower at all, it was a lovely free standing bath with just bath shower mixer taps, we had to hold the mixer shower tap and try to shower without getting water all over the place as it don’t have a shower curtain, there was a sign on the wall asking to keep the water in the bath but it was impossible! This mixer tap is for just a quick wash of your hair over the bath, it’s not a shower and shouldn’t be advertised as one

I think the rooms could do with a makeover - a fresh coat of paint.The bathroom didn’t smell very pleasant on our arrival I think it was the pipe work, the shower was old and a bit grimy.The rail leading upstairs to the bedrooms is loose and the whole hall and stairway could do with a a coat of paint and carpet cleaning.

Haverford West, Dale Point.
Nice comfortable place to stay with beautiful scenery and places to visit. Dale Point is well worth the drive to the sea.
