"Clean , good lobby, good location, restaurants in hotel. Couldn’t go to restaurant for coffee or rest unless I ordered a big buffet. Receptionist and food room service staff kept asking for cash instead of putting expenses on room. It was very odd. After I insisted, they agreed to charge my credit card. "

"Enjoyed our stay at Times Square Suite Hotel during our first visit to Kuwait. Our room was of a good size, relatively clean and had a super comfortable bed. The staff were really welcoming and helpful, and our daily breakfast served to the room was tasty and sufficient in variety. "Location is between schools, the area is overcrowded in the morning and afternoon, you won’t be able to move your car during these times, and no way you can reach the hotel or find parking if you back home before people leave the school. Rooms made me feel I’m in jail, I asked for twin bed but they gave me single bed. I couldn’t stay for 30 minuets and left without paying. But Expedia gave them my card number and they charged me for cancellation. I will never book a hotel from Expedia ever...
