Also well equipped kitchen, and really convenient with laundry and dryer. Just some minor maintenance touchups needed (e.g. lightbulb in living room needs to be fixed) and needs a new kettle. More counter space in bathroom would be nice. "

"One of the nicer places I stayed in NZ, well equipped kitchen, comfortable room. Big supermarket nearby. Easily walkable to the sights of Napier and to the bus terminal. Nice building although the internal layout is a bit confusing."
