With a large private courtyard, air-conditioned living, generous accommodation and access to shared pool and BBQ facilities, this is a particularly well-suited option for families looking for space and convenience close to the beach.

The Apartment

The air-conditioned living area provides a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach, with two couches and glass sliding doors opening directly onto the large private courtyard.

The well-equipped kitchen overlooks the living area and includes a microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, cookware and cooking utensils.

A separate laundry with washing machine, sink and dryer adds to the convenience for longer stays.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Two bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe storage.

The third sleeping area is designed with families in mind. It includes a sofa that converts to a double bed, an additional couch, a second TV and DVD player, creating a comfortable children’s retreat where younger guests can have their own space while adults enjoy the main living area.

There are two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and vanity. The larger bathroom also includes a separate bath.

Outdoor & Shared Facilities

Step outside to your large private courtyard, an ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee, relax in the sunshine or unwind after a day exploring Hawks Nest.

Guests also have access to the Providence complex's shared facilities, including a large outdoor swimming pool, toddler pool, spa and covered cabana with BBQ and table settings.

Please note that the pool and spa are not heated.

Providence is also home to Oceanside Hawks Nest and Benchmark on Booner, providing a convenient nearby option for coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks with family and friends.

Bennett’s Beach is just a short stroll away, making it easy to spend your days swimming, walking along the sand or simply enjoying the relaxed coastal atmosphere of Hawks Nest.

- This is a self-contained, non-serviced apartment. Guests will need to bring their own food, amenities and toiletries.
- BYO sheets, pillowcases and all towels, or linen can be hired from our office at an additional cost.
- The pool and spa are not heated.
- Strict no parties or functions policy applies.
- Windows are fitted with restrictors and can only be opened approximately 12cm in accordance with NSW strata requirements.
