Hawthorn Hollow Nature

The room we had for the first night was small and the lights over the nightstands didn’t work so we asked for a better room and the staff was very good about making that happen. Housekeeping is not automatic. The staff was clear about that when we checked in: all you have to do is call to ask for the room to be made up or to get extra towels, etc. We did that and service was prompt. The exercise room was quite modest but they seem to have a nice business meeting room. Location is great. Everything in walking distance. The hotel is maybe closer to 3.5 stars than 4.
