"Lots of garbage outside on the lawn and along banks of water. Garbage overflowing."

"My family and I walked in and were impressed on the front of the house, interior look; however, the exterior was a little rough. The lady at front was friendly, but we walked up to our rooms and they were disgusting. There was a stain on the bed, loose toothpicks and debris, really bad water damage along the windows and bathrooms, and some of the lights did not work in the room, there was also hairs on some of the beds. We went downstairs and canceled our stay. Staff were really friendly; however, this did not make up for the lack of cleanliness in this hotel."

"Bathroom wasnt clean enough, there was still stains around the toilet base from previous accidents, dishes were obviously not washed, other than that it was fine. Playpen I borrowed wasnt cleaned"

"Rooms are getting a little dated. And the lack of carpet makes the hallways loud at night"

"Everything about our stay was amazing. Honestly, from the smooth check in, to the great hot breakfast in the morning. I definitely recommend staying here."
