"We loved the privacy and the view of the lake. We enjoyed the firepit and grilling out for dinner. It was a very relaxing family break. The property was stylish, clean and very well equipt with everything we needed. A great stay."

"The location of this property is great and close to some local springs. The check in process is easy and the homeowner is quick to respond. That's about where the good qualities end. The AC was not turned on before our arrival so the house was 86 degrees when we arrived, and didn't cool down until morning. The house was definitely not professionally cleaned as there was hair and toothpaste in the sinks, and smudges on shower and tub. There was also debris on the floor. A random gummy in the bed...

"Beautiful home. Close to our destination far a wedding. Close to Silver Springs State Park. Very convenient for shopping. Owner is friendly and helpful. Only reason for 4 stars was the option to pay 3,000 deposit or 89 insurance fee. "

"I had original booked my stay from 7-18 - 7-20. I had an appt. and tried to re-book for 7-19 - 7-21. The same day I was able to change my appt. and notified the host that we were going to stay with our original dates 7-18 - 7-20. I didn't hear back, so I sent another message to confirm. I got a confimation from the host along with a 25 charge for inconvenience . When we arrived Friday around 7:30pm I noticed there were dogs in the VRBO. I called the host to find out what was the situation and...

"Everything was wonderful during our stay. The home was open and bright with lots of space for our group. The yard was fantastic. Check in process was simple property manager/owner was amazing very responsive and quick and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again! "
