Cozy Hideaway in the Duck Pond

  • Beautiful home in the historic Duck Pond neighborhood. Built in 1930, this newly remodeled home is conveniently located near Downtown, University of Florida, and many unique restaurants.

    The entire property is fenced in for complete privacy. Even though you are in downtown Gainesville you will feel peacefully secluded.

    The property is unique in that it is the oldest house on the street and features pine trees with evidence of sap harvesting from the turpentine production days.
