"We loved the living reef, underwater observatory, educational talks and amazing staff. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options, and restaurants nice. A cafe serving sandwiches and salads for lunch would be a great addition. The gardens, pools and buildings are really well maintained, with lovely walks around the Island. An enjoyable 4 night stay!"

"Central location. No real dramas. The lady at reception today, needs to find some common courtesy and a little respect toward us the customer. Were all the same in life. No one is, better than anyone else. Without customers she wouldnt have a job. Even if she did own the place, which I doubt. "

"Very nice Hotel, we stayed 2 nights and everything was great. Staff was great too, we checked in with Kim, was super nice and very friendly, we need more people like her. The supervisor Alex was pretty good and very nice too, really helpfull and very organised, you can feel the good atmosphere the he spread at the front desk with the other member of the staff. We tryed the restaurant too, a little bit expensive, good food and staff too. Hotel was clean but can be better especially in term of dust, our air conditioner was very dusty and the water glasses wasn’t clean. Location was great, very close to a bus station, and close to a bordwalk too. Overall experience very good, we definitely come back. "

"No words can describe how much we loved our holiday at Intercontinental Hayman Island! The staff go above and beyond to make your stay that much extra, they’re all so friendly and welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. They have so much varieties of activity both in and out of the water and even when it’s raining they accommodate with a choice of indoor activities and movie screenings. The choice of restaurants is sufficient for the size of the resort however bookings in advance is a must! We did also find that it is a tad on the expensive side especially when you’re dining out for all your meals. (We stayed in the Pavilion and there is no option to make your own meals nor is there any food to speak off for purchase other than sandwiches, wraps etc from the gift shop) The only thing we found was there were no rubbish bins along the walk ways and at night very poorly lit. In comparison to all the positive though there really was no negative. We really were made feel special. "
