Throughout our stay, she went above and beyond in every possible way, anticipating needs before we even voiced them. When the restaurant was closed for food orders, Rachel personally arranged room service so we wouldn’t go without, a gesture that perfectly captured her dedication and thoughtfulness. We also deeply appreciated the special New Year’s treats, which made the celebration feel personal and festive, as well as the joy of seeing wallabies roaming the property—such a magical and uniquely Australian touch. Her attention, kindness, and seamless care transformed an already beautiful resort into a truly memorable experience. This was hospitality at its finest, and thanks to Rachel, our stay was an easy, wholehearted five stars"

Only gripe was the visa surcharge when settling the bill and the weekend surcharges at the restaurants, which seems unnecessary especially as they don’t take cash so no other way to pay. When you’re spending so much, this seems an over the top charge. "
