"It was expensive and the communication was terrible. When we checked in no one gave us any information. We weren’t told about breakfast which was paid for. We weren’t told about the activities available to us. When we were leaving for the airport, I asked an hour before where to wait and sat in the heat for one hour then when everyone started boarding they made us get in the back of the line of about 60 people because where I was waiting was the opposite side of where the group lined up. Then the man who told me where to wait rudely said, “ everyone else figured it out!” loudly in front of everyone which embarrassed me. I was the only one who had asked as I was the only one who sat there for an hour in the heat waiting. For what I paid to stay here I expected better service and communication. "

"We have spent a lot of time on Hamilton Island so it was as expected. A very nice property.One towel each is a bit stingy and no champagne glasses but otherwise excellent. "

"We absolutely loved our time at Yacht Club Villa 17! The villa is incredibly spacious — perfect for a large group or multiple families. We stayed as just two adults and one child, but there’s more than enough room to comfortably accommodate two additional families.The views are simply breathtaking, and the villa itself is beautifully appointed. It felt wonderfully warm during our winter visit, and with plenty of air conditioning throughout, I imagine it would be just as comfortable in the summer months.The location is peaceful, quiet, and very well positioned to enjoy everything the area has to offer. If you can, we highly recommend staying a little longer — not only do you get better value for money, but you’ll have more time to soak in the experience.We had such a memorable stay and are already looking forward to returning :)"
