"The buffet was amazing with all the variety of dishes. The bungalow was spacious and in a great location however we were awoken numerous times at night by some Bush Stone-curlews screaming! I was not familiar with these birds that sound like a woman screaming until I heard them. Outside our bungalow we had a nice view of some wallabies and birds. I can’t wait to return to Hamilton Island however I would plan to stay in the Reef hotel where hopefully it would be a bit quieter from the screaming birds:)"

"A fabulous view from apartment. A short walk to 3 great pools. Our granddaughter loved going to them every day. We enjoyed visiting Hamilton Island."

"The valet service to and from airport as well as the use of a buggy was a nice touch. The pool area was quiet and very nice. The management company is very quick responding to questions or concerns."

"The beach view was very nice. It was nice to have access to different pools along the beach.There were a few things not working in the place and I needed to contact the property managers. I cannot say that they met our needs as far as responsiveness was concerned.The coffee machine broke and they could not get us another one, I had to ask three times to have the door knob lubricated so we could turn it.There was dirt under the bed. And the apartment was dated. It was very frustrating to try to work the drawers which were push to open very difficult to close. I don’t think that they actually look at everything to make sure it’s proper before renting it out to the next person.The proximity to amenities for the whole resort was very good and having a golf cart to get back-and-forth to the marina was great. Our check-in person Lucas was very nice and very accommodating."
