"Hyatt Place Herndon/Dulles Airport-East at 13711 Sayward Blvd, Herndon, VA 20171, United States This is a typical nicer upscale hotel close to the airport. Elevator access to rooms on each floor from inside of the building. No access to your room from the outside is always what makes it better. The only issue I had was being charged $4 for a bottle of water but the $4 on the cookie 🍪 tasted excellent. Other than that they had a robust continental breakfast which was pretty good each morning. They offered shuttle bus service staff too and from the airport and the front desk staff accommodated one of my requests. The rooms were nice, clean and organized and pretty big for the price. The neighborhood was definitely a bonus to me. Extra plus because they had a wooded area that had a walking trail. This gave me time to meditate and to relax in peace on this journey. Overall I would actually stay at this hotel again in the future. "

"The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very responsive to our requests and took care of our needs quickly. Our kids loved the pool! The included breakfast was great and the omelette station was amazing. We would stay here again. "

"The breakfast was really great! Also, Bobby, the man who drove the shuttle and dropped me off at Dulles Airport in the morning, was courteous, friendly, and very professional (as was the man who drove the shuttle from the airport when I arrive, but I was tired and unfortunately his name has slipped my mind). The room was clean and refreshing and, although it's a minor detail, the soap was just really nice. The front desk was absolutely helpful in every way whenever I called with questions. Overall, I every aspect of my stay was great because I really felt like everyone at this hotel was warm, thoughtful and welcoming to a weary traveller! Thank y'all so much for everything! "

"Everything was great except for when we came downstairs for a late breakfast. The cook was sitting in a chair talking on his phone and completely ignored us, so we simply checked out and ate somewhere else."
