"The only downfall was the bed. Extremely uncomfortable!!! The hotel is beautiful, but the bed was absolutely awful! I had back pain for 3 days and had to go to a chiropractor after my stay. "

"A wonderful hotel overlooking downtown Pittsburgh and the Monongahela river. We were delighted when we checked in at around 8:00 PM when the desk clerk, Abigail, told us that our room had been upgraded to a city view. The room was lovely, big and very comfortable. "

We had such a lovely meal with friends in the restaurant, which was excellent! The seating area on the mezzanine was wonderful for chatting with our guests and it was located in a convenient area of downtown Pittsburgh.
