"We booked online as soon as Delta informed us our six-hour delayed flight would not arrive at DFW until after 2AM. Since we live 2.5 hours away from DFW we wanted to ensure we had a place to stay. No sooner had our reservation processed through Hotel.com Delta canceled our flight. We immediately called the hotel to explain what happened and they refused to refund the stay. Zero customer service. Stay away"

"The room was big, clean, and the property was nice. The doors to the rooms slam very hard and are super heavy. During the night someone closed their door and it caused the whole wall to shake waking me me up. The AC was either ice cold or the room was warm we couldn't find a happy medium so we kept it ice cold in the room which is good for some. I like the breakfast options they had slightly more than your run-of-the-mill places that have what seems like the minimum. Not the hotels fault but one complaint I had was a baseball team staying there and the kids were running around the parking lot, blocking the front entrance, and being very loud."
