Great house for a week of baseball in Franklin! The house was plenty big enough for a family of 8 and was well stocked! The host Emmett communicated well and was very accommodating. We would stay here again!

The whole was big and has more than enough room for 1 family and for it to be in the lil county town, easy commute to town & food. I will definitely stay my next trip to Hearne if it is available.

The home itself was very nice. Unfortunately, we arrived two hours after check-in (5:00), to find a large family still occupying the home. They had asked and been granted a late check-out of 5:00. We were told the owner forgot. We had to wait for them to leave, then the housekeeper came and started cleaning and doing laundry while we got ready for dinner. We ended up leaving at 3:00 the next day and not staying the extra night but were not credited back for the second night. I liked the home itself but I would be hesitant to rent it again due to the lack of, and poor, communication.
