"Janice was so friendly and helpful. When we mentioned that we were having trouble finding lobster for dinner she went out and bought a couple and cooked it for us. So nice! The room was a bit aged but quite clean. Lots of coffee available in the morning at front desk. Great location for the seafood fest that we were attending. Definitely would recommend!"

"Easy to find and a great view! Looks exactly like the photos. We loved the provided games and had no problems with the wifi and cable. The only thing needed is better blinds in the bedrooms as it gets light very early. We would book again and highly recommend to our friends and family."

"Location is not near Trinity but opposite side of Trinity bay. Owner agreed to fully refund if VRBO would refund her their portion but did not follow through and ignored subsequent messages from me and VRBO. VRBO confirmed they would refund their portion. We lost 294.40 for travel Sept 29-Oct 1 which was equal to one night stay. She refunded initially one night immediately but never followed through on her word. "
