"The room was perfect and the staff were amazing! And all the staff was perfectly polite and friendly! There was an issue where my reservation was double booked and the staff solved it before I even had a chance to talk to them about it! From now on when I visit Everett I will only stay here"

"We were driving from Sultan to Ellensburg as the weather deteriorated. We booked the room as a layover due to rain and increasing darkness. Our room was quite clean and comfortable. It was on the second level, however, and the elevator was not operational. The flight of stairs was manageable, but I struggled with my luggage due to having CHF. The condition makes it difficult to "catch my breath." We really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub! We were greeted and checked in by a personable individual who knew his way around the hotel. Aside from the elevator issue, our stay was uneventful and restful. "
