"Our stay was incredible! This is one of our favorite experiences that we have had. The hotel is absolutely adorable, wonderful staff, great amenities, and just the most lovely weekend stay while we skied at Stevens Pass. We give 5 stars all around! Highly recommend! "
"the room was fine staff was fine we checked in and got ready for our show came back after dinner put our stuff in the refrigerator we turned off tv to go to sleep and there was a really loud noise coming from the entertainment center but we had to be up early Saturday to work our show Saturday morning everything was warm in the fridge and water on the floor we had to toss out all our food into the garbage had to stop at a store to replace what we lost when we got back from our show i went to the front desk to see what they could do about it I had to help the gal to pull out the entertainment center to unplug the fridge she offered to put our stuff in the staff fridge instead of replacing the fridge we also had a leak in the bathroom celling and they could not fix it at that time we were charged full price for the room and had to replace our food that was bad from sitting in a fridge that should have been replaced way before we got there everything else was good "
Cozy mountain A-Frame cabin on river w hottub & views. Minutes from hikes & ski!
10/10 Excellent
"A great stay near Index. This is our 3rd time to Index in the last couple of years. So amazing! The A-Frame was a great little spot right on the banks with easy access to the river. The cottage was cozy and small. The propane fire place definitely kept it warm inside. Great water pressure and having a water heater is always nice. The spiral staircase up to the loft can be a little tricky and tight. But manageable!Had a problem with the hot tub on the first day. Communication was super quick to resolve the issue. However, with our carrier and no WiFi. We had to head into town to communicate. Great stay. Would recommend! "
Cozy Riverside Ski Cabin with Hot Tub, Epic Views, near 12 Nat. Forest Hikes!
8/10 Good
"This is a great location, awesome cabin. Overlooking the Skykomish River and surrounded by impossibly steep snowy mountains. Definitely a place we'd like to return toOnly downside was that the hot tub was ice cold when we arrived and not set up properly. A little disappointing after a long day in the snow to realize that hot tub you were looking forward to is freezing as you are. We got it going eventually though and had a nice soak the next afternoon while gazing at the snowy peaks"
