"The property was delightful to stay at. If the shrubbery was trimmed in front of the windows so you can see the river better, it would be nice. The mattress was super comfortable and my wife and I slept very well.We did feel that more comfortable living room furniture could be acquired; short backed chairs and a couch that you slide out of.There were no check out instructions sent to us or posted at the property. I contacted the host but their response was after we hit the road. However, we had completed the tasks prior to leaving and all was good.Thanks for letting us stay in this home. It was restful."

"Dream of sipping hot tea or coffee with the sites n sound of a babbling broke while looking up at the mountains? I did. This is it. Dream of taking a swim in natures chilly fresh water? I did. This is it. (down and across the main street is a swimming hole; you can see from the road on the high bridge).Waze GPS handled the directions perfect. The locals were nice. Everything is close-if you ever want to leave the majestic view."

"Very large clean home! Each bedroom with it's own bathroom was a definite plus. Porch area did not have any furniture, which would have been nice. The hot tub was very clean and was ready to go. There are trains that go by which was okay except for the early morning ones. We used the large dining table to play games, along with the couch area and large kitchen. A lot of good restaurants nearby! Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay."

"Very cute cabin on the river. Little amenities but just enough for a rustic getaway. Spiral staircase was a little hard to get up and down. But the hot tub and views well worth it. Would come back again! Favorite part was not having much cell service and watching old school VSH tapes!"
