"Upon arriving, the front desk was wonderful. The staff was very kind and polite our whole stay. However, our room had a broken pullout, the issue was resolved but the bed was left unusable. The pillows were terrible and we had to ask for more. We were not given enough towels and the pool was poorly stocked. We felt like we over paid for the experience we had. "

"The common area was very dirty, grills filthy, kitchen full of mice turds, suggest storing everything in plastic totes a lids.. pots and pans very gross, clean the whole place. The cabin was nice but outdoor chairs filthy .. had to use common area to cook , no kitchen in cabin "
