The self service mini bar and the beautiful outdoor seating area, added to the enchantment of my trip. Within easy walking distance of the train station and the Alsfeld city center. "Unbelievable experience!! Loved everything about this castle… if you want to stay in a 750+ year old castle with unbelievable staff, stay here! Restaurant was great, food amazing… Ano (not sure if I spelled it right) and his wife (and staff) were unbelievably accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!
