"I have stayed here many times. It is close to the freeway, but even when staying on that side of the hotel, I can't hear the traffic. The rustic/woodsy decor is a great change of pace from the typical blah hotels that are everywhere. The rooms are always clean, and it's never noisy. "Great one night stay at this charming property. Clean and comfortable room, easy parking. The best thing is the staff. Delightful Alana checked us in and gave advice on places to dine. We were happy to accept her offer of a glass of wine at the 5pm wine tasting. In the morning, Azaela served breakfast—we loved the fresh fruit and blueberry waffle. We’d love to return next time we’re in Mt. Shasta. "
