Room was large and nicely furnished with a beautiful high ceiling. The union station location is great with lots of restaurants and bars. And so convenient for catching the train to the airport!

Well not exactly the caliber we were expecting, the bathroom door would not close it was a pocket door and it took 2 of us to get it to move and then it would only close part way, some kind of electrical box flashed brightly all night!!!. No coffee pit in room and 1 cup of coffee at the restaurant was $8.00 nope not for my wallet. Early day front staff was pleasant and professional. Late evening staff was dressed like a homeless street urchin not professional at all. A very expensive hotel room but a one star experience.

"The property definitely needs renovation! Furniture was scratched. Window coverings were starting to shred. Window to room would not open and no crank to open it. Cushions on couch were worn. Movie theatre only open limited nights. Workout room needs renovation as well and more space. Room was clean ..."
