TOP CLASS
I love staying in this hotel - the building is modern - rooms are spacious with excellent beds and bathrooms - super bar & restaurant - staff are really great - car parking is free and the location of the hotel is easy to find - it is truly my 'go to' hotel when I am in the area.

The stay was good and I like the hotel. It is quiet and the hotel is situated in nice area. There were two things that put me off. first was the constant smell from the plumbing. The entire wing of the hotel smelled like the gas from bad plumbing. You could also hear the water from the sink gurgle down the shower drain. The second was the quality of the food. I did not find the food as good as past stays. I had always looked forward to staying at this hotel but this time it let me down

Great place to stay.
Excellent staff, the service was exceptional. Food is good. No real complaints. I would stay there again and thus was my third visit. This hotel is much better than good.

We ABSOLUTELY recommend Hotel Heerlen. We stayed 10 nights & then switched our reservations to return for another 17 nights. There hotel is beautiful, the area is beautiful, the people are accommodating and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are walking/ biking trails to castles behind the hotel. The hotel is easily accessed from the highway. There are grocery stores, train station, and restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The restaurant is a popular destination for the local dutch as well as "out of towners". The hotel has a full buffet breakfast as well. There is local bike delivery from other local restaurants as well. The pool and spa are very nice. This is a very nice option for someone staying within the south Limburg area.

The hotel is great, however i was concerned around their tokenary COVID precautions. Yes they have hand sanatizer at the door and some marks on the floor, but thats where it stops. No staff awareness, little to no social distancing, no confirmaiton around room cleanleness etc. Could be improved.

zero expectations
Service leaves alot to be desired, from check in to check out. Everything is just so slow, no haste or sign of customer service. Everyday i have to ask for more towels because theres always only one, cleaning materials are left in the room, literally no one throws the trash for like 5 days. I can go on forever. The breakfast is ok and the new sections looks nice. But thats it.

Very nice hotel

The hotel has a very modern, clean look. The restaurant was great, staff attentive and food delicious. Ate in the casual area as well as the more upscale dinner, both were great. The fitness center is amazing. For a hotel gym there was a nice variety of equipment, a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna. Parking was free and easy to park in. Highly recommend this hotel brand!
