"Great room, facing the mountain, very spacious, nice bathroom, rugs and furniture (dressers) need replacing - old, and very stained rug. Very comfortable though, good beds !!! Staff very nice. "

"This place is not as advertised. 1.Host failed to send us an address or check-in information and despite texting and phoning her during check-in day we could not reach her until 2.5 hours after check-in - when we were on the verge of renting a hotel room. Very stressful. 2.The gas BBQ that we had planned all our meals around was not there. Texted host for two days. A belated response claimed BBQ was returned just the previous week and she was unable to get a replacement delivered. She could not explain why she did not inform us. 3.Condo is not "ski-in-ski-out". You have to walk out 250 steps in your boots to get to a point where you could put ski's on to pole. Coming back, you have to remove your skis and walk 125 steps to the unit. 4.The hot tub came with an old heavy waterlogged cover that took two people to fold and lift up to where it was supposed to stand on a single 2x6 shelf. However, over time the weight of the cover had caused the narrow shelf to bend downward, making it impossible for the cover to stand up. If you took your hands off, its heavy weight would come crashing down, meaning you could only use half the tub. The supplied instructions directed us to contact a local company about the tub. We did, only to find they did not service it. 5.Told the missing "cozy robes" for the tub had been damaged by the previous guests and not yet replaced. 6.Some kitchen essentials were missing. 7. Host refused to provide discount for failing to live up to the contract. "

"Ski in ski out was fine, a bit of walk in some spots but not so bad as I would even come back for lunch. Hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes. Really enjoyed our stay would return again, space was perfect for 8 of us"

"Our room was right beside the hot tub, they could literally see into part of our room. The room is dated, very small, the kitchen poorly stocked with dishes and cutlery. The bed is ok, access to skiing and the village is really good. When sitting on the patio, it should be properly screened from the hot tub. No chairs on the patio"

"We loved the location of this hotel and I loved the view from our room which was a view of the Gentle Giant ski run. I didn’t appreciate that they didn’t have daily maid service, considering how much we paid to stay here. There was a slip that you could fill out to request towels. I put that in and they called and said that I had to come down to the front desk with my dirty towels and they would give me clean ones. They couldn’t deliver the towels because they had too many bookings, but weren’t apologetic at all for the inconvenience. Apologies in my book go a very long way and a smile and how is your stay go a mighty long way, but we received none of those common greetings that you typically get at other hotels. I must add that when I asked for a cleaning towel and cleaner so that I can clean the bathroom myself, they had sent someone up anyway to clean the bathroom. I need to acknowledge that. The hotel needs a major update as well. With a renovation update and training staff to be more welcoming and gracious, this hotel could be a 5. "
