Just a one night stay with the family. We arrived late afternoon and wanted to have an early dinner. I asked the reception for the opening hours which was confirmed. Later no staff present in the restaurant so we decided to have our dinner outside. Also, the receptionist for the evening seemed more interested in the social interaction on his phone than servicing the guests. Ok for a night, but not impressed with the service.

Das Personal ist professionell und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sauber, ruhig und perfekt ausgestattet: Es verfügt unter anderem über einen Kühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine. Eine Flasche Wasser und Kaffee sind im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen. Das Hotel liegt am Stadtrand von Heidelberg in einer ruhigen Gegend. Das Stadtzentrum ist leicht zu erreichen und gut angebunden.

Das Zimmer ist wie in der Buchung 25 qu2 Meter groß, aber Alte Möbel und Abgewohnt, Teppichboden ist eine Zumutung. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, Personal sehr nett, zuvorkommend und kompetent.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Besonders positiv: Zur Erfrischung stand Wasser an der Rezeption bereit, und am Abreisetag gab es sogar Kaffee zum Mitnehmen. Wir hatten das Glück, ein kostenloses Upgrade zur Junior Suite zu bekommen. Das Zimmer war zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und vor allem großzügig geschnitten. Besonders schön: Es gab sowohl eine Dusche als auch eine Badewanne. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Stadt entfernt. Ohne Auto wäre es vielleicht etwas unpraktisch, aber mit Fahrzeug absolut kein Problem. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder

Bon séjour...

Nous sommes arrivés très tôt et nous avons pu occuper notre chambre très rapidement. La dame de l'accueil était vraiment arrangeante. Chambre très agréable, plutôt grande et bien équipée. Petite salle de bain mais fonctionnelle. Parking pratique avec un petit supplément de 8 euros pour la journée. Il vaut mieux avoir une voiture d'ailleurs car l'hôtel est très excentré. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner car l'addition monte vite dans ce cas. L'hôtel et la chambre étaient très calmes et la literie confortable. Je trouve personnellement les oreillers un peu mous mais il y en a deux par personne !! Il y a également une petite salle de sport et un sauna fort agréable après la journée de visite.

Fijne schone hotelkamer. Twee zeer ruime bedden die lekker lagen. Koffiemaker en mini koelkastje. Fijne badkamer. Hotel ziet er verder ook netjes uit. Vanuit hier rijd je snel naar het centrum van Heidelberg en je bent ook weer snel op de snelweg. Betalen voor de parkeerplaats vond ik wat minder. Het derde bed op de kamer voldeed niet echt. Onze dochter van 19, waarvoor betaald was als volwassene, paste er nauwelijks op en de lakens gleden er steeds af. De rest van het verblijf was zeer prettig.

Frau Franke (Rezeptionistin) war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend; auch mit Blick auf unsere besondere Parksituation mit einem LKW plus Auflieger. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Jegliche Anfragen unsererseits hat sie sehr herzlich umgesetzt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. An der Rezeption konnte man sich morgens einen Kaffee nehmen. Tagsüber gab es immer kleine Küchlein und Getränke. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Heidelberg kommen, dann checken wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier ein.

Vi havde bestilt og fået bekræftet et dobbeltværelse med en dobbeltseng - kingsize- men fik et værelse med 2 enkeltsenge. Det er for dårligt når vi netop havde fået en bekræftelse på det andet. Vi gjorde opmærksom herpå ved indtjening, men de kunne kun beklage at der ikke var flere værelser med dobbeltsenge !
