Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. "

"Sehr schönes Appartement mit nettem Balkon und sehr guter Innenausstattung. Die Treppe zum Bett im "ersten Stock" war gewöhnungsbedürftig und im Halbschlaf nur seeehr vorsichtig nutzbar. Schwierig für ältere Menschen z. B. mit Knieproblemen, mit echten Bewegungseinschränkungen vermutlich gar nicht möglich. "

"Es war soweit alles in Ordnung. Die Anreisebeschreibung perfekt, wir haben alles sofort gefunden. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und für uns vorbereitet. Sie könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle eine Modernisierung gebrauchen (Bad). Der Preis ist auch etwas großzügig bemessen für eine 1-Raum-Wohnung mit Bad. Sonst passte alles. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und unkompliziert."

Cons: Leider fehlt bei diesem Boot eine Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen. Es gibt keinen Steg und keine Stühle. Das ist schade, gerade bei gutem Wetter. Auf Grund der Größe schaukelt es bei Wind oder Schiffverkehr. Für das, was man bekommt, etwas sehr teuer."

Die Wohnung ist toll direkt am Deich gelegen, war sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Auch den Garten haben wir beim Frühstücken genießen können. "The staff was so helpful and friendly and the atmosphere and vibe in the hotel fantastic. The room was inviting, comfortable and quiet. I was fortunate to have booked a room with a balcony. The view is interesting and being a smoker I was happy to go downstairs to get coffee and then sit on the balcony having a peaceful start of the day. "Make sure to contact the owner before you get there. Turns out they needed passport info before they can give passcode to get into the building, but I was traveling for a few days before with spotty internet, ended up sitting downstairs for almost an hour on the 1st day of my reservation going back and forth with management until they could verify everything and finally let me into the unit. Overall mostly my fault for not doing this in advance, but don’t make the same mistake I did. Make sure that 24 hours before you already have the code you need to get inside. Great unit as advertised though. Bus was a block away, very convenient. "
