Small but perfectly good value hotel situated a few minutes walk from the Atomium / Brussels Expo. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the quality of the breakfast, although ready prepared due to the buffet being closed for COVID safety, was good. Bed was comfortable and got a good night's rest, followed by a good shower in the morning.
Heysel / Heizel Metro station to get to/from the centre of the city is about a 15 minute walk. Simply tap on the barrier with a contactless card to enter...

The hotel is really nice for the price. The room was always clean and was comfortable, with a nice shower, tv, heating and bed. My bed had a view to the stadium and atomium, which was very pleasant. Free parking is also offered, which is not usual in Brussels. The staff was also very helpful

Because I stayed for a week, I choose the junior exec suite and was glad I did. I had a nice desk and a couch as well, so I didn't have to sit on my bed to work. The bathroom was especially nice, with a separate bathtub, separate shower, separate toilet in its own little room. The bathtub had a pull-cord for laundry, so I kept laundry going on that line while using the shower.

We stayed in Novotel City Center in July 24 with two kids , it was our second time staying in this hotel.The staff in hotel is amazing, very helpful and friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean . The location is fantastic, close to bars and restaurants, shoping centers .
Next time , when in Brussels we'll be staying again in Novotel.
