Alpine River Suites #503 - 50s Themed River Condo

Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.

Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. There is something for everyone in Helen; make it your next vacation!

Great weekend getaway

This is the perfect spot for your Helen stay. Extremely clean and cozy. Spacious room with nice patio overlooking the river. Easy walking distance to anywhere in town. Definitely going to be my go to on future trips to Helen.

Octoberfest stay

This was a perfect match for us to experience our first Oktoberfest. Easy walking distance to the hall and places to eat. Quick drive to hike to a waterfall. Sitting on the porch every morning and listening to the river pass by was beyond heavenly. We will definitely book here again for our next trip to Helen.

Place was nice! Great location! Needs carpet cleaned or new or just hardwood floors. Spider webs needed to be wiped off outdoor furniture. Towels need to be checked that previous people hair isn’t stuck in them. Also dryer lint catcher needed to be cleaned.

Perfect place to stay for distance to everything. Dine in or eat out, you have everything you need. Join the hustle and bustle of the town or kick back and enjoy watching the tubers on the river on your own balcony. Parking is up front and very easy.

The condo/cabin on the water was in a great location. We could walk everywhere, especially Big Daddy's. (Yummy) The 50's decor was adorable! We loved the spacious shower, and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very nice and cleaned well. Loved the theme, space and river out back. Being able to walk everywhere was a major plus. We will be back and will book this space again!

Perfect location

Such a cute place with the 50s theme! Seems the room is actually large enough for 4 people. Zero problems checking in or out. Great semi-private balcony overlooking the river. You can walk to literally everything from this condo. Do not skip Dotties for breakfast or the Pink Pig (if your a bbq fan) - such good food!

Nice quiet Mother-Daughter Trip

I took my daughter to stay in Helen for a couple of nights and we stayed at this 50's themed condo. Great view of the river and watching tubers float by. The kitchen is very well appointed and we just brought food in for breakfast. The place was very clean and bed was comfortable. I do wish there had been another tv in the living room section, but just a small thing. I would stay here again for a quick trip to Helen.
