Great Weekend

My family has been visiting the Helen area for years. Finally was able to show my wife’s family the area. It was the perfect cozy cabin for us.

Great Weekend Get Away

Great place to stay, especially if you want quiet and family time. We had a very nice time and stay. Walked down to the creek and took some photos, visited Helen GA did a little shopping, and enjoyed a few food establishments.

Awesome summer getaway!

This beautiful cabin was perfect for our family. It was clean, quiet, and the scenery could not be beat. We enjoyed playing in the creek and the location was a great point for venturing to hike, shop, or explore the area.

Great relaxing getaway cabin

The photos of the property do not do it justice, absolutely gorgeous. The river flowing in the background was so relaxing.The decor was great, the beds were so comfortable. Everything you would need was provided. Definitely would stay here again.

Early Fall get away

Beautiful area with creek below cabin. Very peaceful also. Cabin was wonderful, but could may need replacement light bulbs and the ice maker seems to get jammed and not produce ice. Over all a awesome retreat!

FANTASTIC

Cabin was very clean and comfortable. I have stayed in many VRBOs and AIRBNBs and this was one of my favorites. Enjoyed every minute! Will definitely go back.

The cabin is beautiful! Decorated perfectly. A stream close enough to hear, birds singing overhead. Conveniently located to Helen and area attractions. So peaceful and relaxing.

Serene Cabin by Beautiful Soque River

This is a perfect location for exploring many areas of North Georgia. The cabin is easily accessible and very comfortable. We slept so well with the sounds of birds and the gentle burble of the Soque River in the background. Everything was easy and made us feel right at home.

Graduation trip for our granddaughter

Thè property is beautiful. We had a fire in the firepit most evenings and also grilled on the charcoal grill. The cabin is close to other attractions, but we enjoyed some of the time just enjoying the natural setting and listening to the sounds of nature

Very clean and nice view of stream.

Nice cabin feel and very clean. Couple of negatives were road was very close and noisy. Way to many taxadermy anumals for us and tv reception was very frusterating

Gorgeous cabin on beautiful property

I have stayed in many cabins in this area and I can say this one is definitely my favorite. It’s beautifully decorated and very spacious. The kitchen has a ton of counter space and well-equipped with modern appliances and a wide variety of cookware and utensils. If this cabin had a hot tub and gas grill on the deck, there would be no reason for us to ever stay anywhere else in this area. However, if neither of these amenities interest you, then look no further because this is one of the best cabins in north Georgia.

Relaxing cabin feel.

We booked so we could take my 82 year old husband trout fishing for a “bucket list” time fishing in north Georgia. We asked the property manager if this cabin was conducive for this type of elderly fishing and we were told it would work great. Upon our arrival we noticed… The photos do not do justice to the type of stairs and walking needed to get to the river. We had a WONDERFUL TIME, but we had to go into Helen to find suitable fishing for our senior citizen to fish. This is not a cabin with river access for an ailing senior.

Soque River Cabin

The cabin was spotless and very well appointed. Overall we had a very relaxing stay. However, the internet router was not working and there is no cell service. I drove into town and called the property mgr twice, left voice mails, and emailed her to see if she had a resolution. No response. The lack of wifi is no big deal but I was disappointed the the PM did not respond.

Beautiful

Love the cabin and the location. Had an amazing weekend just relaxing with my wife. Wish the hot tub was working. Had no issues checking in. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. I would suggest the following. I would update y’all’s pillows they have seen there better days. A new set of pots and pans. The ones their have the non stick coating coming off and just need to be replaced. The oven vent hood was not working. All in all loved it and would rent the cabin again.

Nice house but a lot of issues

First off we loved the look & location of house, but there were a lot of problems. There's mice, and as someone who lives in a rural area I know they happen but this was ckearly not a new issue as evidence showed. It was a daily occurance freah droppings on the bathroom counters & innthe kitchen drawers & cabinets. Unfortunately firat notice only after waking up washing face & hands drying off with a towle that had a turd on it since indidnt have glasses or contacts in yet. Then to have to wash every dish & utensil before using it is not on my vacation bucket list. There was zero maintenance items around to get rid of them. Neither bedroom door shuts/latcges. When staying with friends that is not great. One minute you're in the bedroom half naked changing & the next your saying hello to everyone in the livingroom. The master bed is extremely high, not ideal for older people, the second bedroom has a gap between the bed & wall where your pillow will constantly get lost in the middle of the night waking up with no pillow and a sire neck. The lights on the outside do not work at all,so once dusk hits there was no lights to even consider to safety be outside or use the deck to the river/creek. There was also very little toliet paper. Each bathroom had 2 rolls but they were not even full new rolls. All together we may have had 2 - 2.5 rolls if we put them together. Again thenhouse it self was nice but too many issue when you're supposed to be on a carefree vacation.

Beautiful surroundings. So quiet. The bubbling sound of the river was quite relaxing. The cabin had high quality furniture and was decorated perfectly. Unique coffee and end tables.the screened in porch was the best. Like a tree top without the mosquitos.

Great property and I loved the decor with the fishing and hunting theme. The price was a little further out than we normally stay but I liked that and the house was really out in nature and very shady. Wanted to walk down to the river but was afraid I couldn’t make the climb out. We actually saw a black bear cross in front of us on the trip back from Helen.

3 days not enough time!

The cabin was wonderful! Pictures don’t do it justice. We stayed 3 nights and would have loved to have stayed longer! Someone had already booked or we would have. Deer in back yard, cozy inside and sitting on back porch listening to the river was amazing! Great location and easy to get to. 15/10 stars! Can’t wait to book again!
