"If you’re coming to Salt Lake City to either check out the town, restaurants, shops, bars, etc. this is a great location. It’s also a great location if you’re going to a convention at the Salt Plaza. Everything is walking distance in this city and it’s just really fun. The lobby bar is wonderful and very nicely appointed and decorated. The staff was very nice and helpful. I had a later flight so I was able to get a late checkout, which was very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Overall this is an excellent property. The building amenities are top notch and the unit was well furnished, very clean, and comfortable. In the spirit of an honest review I’ll note a couple of annoyances (not deal breakers for us at all) … 1. the walls can be a little thin so if you happen to have a noisy neighbor or are incredibly sensitive to the noise of others this might be an annoyance. 2. Finding the specific apartment on the floor was a little confusing. Luckily my sister had stayed there before and was able to help us navigate. Without her it would have been a little annoying but nothing major."

"My husband and I along with our daughter from California were in SLC to visit our granddaughter; stayed 5 nights. I'm having problems writing this review not that there were glaring problems - will mention a few things that bothered us although they wouldn't necessarily bother others, but will start with what was good. Location very good - easy drive from/to the airport, easy to get around town. Even with the very busy pizza joint next door very quiet. Living room was comfortable; the modern kitchen had everything necessary to prepare meals. Refrigerator does not have an ice maker nor ice trays so bagged ice is required if you want an iced drink. We and our daughter slept well, although our daughter found the upstairs cold. Co- host Jason told us about the 'nest' which we finally found on the 3rd day; I guess is a type of thermostat but it was locked and we didn't have a code to reset the temperture. The binder that probably had information was missing. She also said the windows were drafty/noisy when a cold front blew in. The upstairs bathroom is attached to one of the bedrooms so I don't think it would be an ideal situation for 3 couples. The downstairs bath is off the kitchen not the bedroom. Front yard nothing but weeds, chain link fence in disrepair, sitting on porch in comfortable rockers was not pleasant for me. Use care entering through the back door; bit dangerous due to the steep stairs going to basement. A misstep would send you down even with little gate."
