This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and nice. However they do need some updating. I believe they are remodeling rooms at this time. The beds are super comfy and the bedding is top notch. Important when staying away from home and trying to get a good nights rest.

Staff was so nice. The hotel was gorgeous an classy. Everything was so clean. Fresh baked cookies which my kids loved and on the last day they each got a toy plush which they loved. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice. The Laurel restaurant was a real treat. Food great, our server made great suggestions. The front lobby of the Grand America was stunning. Plenty of parking. All staff were very courteous. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
