Located very conveniently to get anywhere around the downtown Canal areas the staff was very nice very accommodating and I would definitely recommend this place. Very very good stay.

Staff were great and got us into our room early so we could rest before heading out. The hotel is old and a true Amsterdam row house so if you can’t do stairs then request a room on main floor. Rooms were cute, comfy beds. Bathrooms are small but expected that. Air conditioning recently installed so that was a plus! The happy hour was a great way to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Really enjoyed our stay!

We thought this was a lovely hotel. Clean, spacious and very pretty. Our room was huge and felt very luxurious. There was no A/C but I didn't check for that when booking. We also ate at the restaurant, staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great! When I'm next in Amsterdam I'll be staying here!

"Stay was generally good although Hotels.com didn't inform me that the pool was closed for renovation. The online room guide you're sent to suggests you can request different pillows but reception looked at me like it was the weirdest request and just said "all the rooms have the same pillow".
