Everything was clean and the location is perfect for seeing the Aurora as long as the sky is clear. Communication with the property manager was easy and effortless and on our first stay we even extended it by a day. I highly recommend the Afternoon Cottages."

The hot tub is why we booked and it did not disappoint. All the instructions were clear, and the cottage was well stocked. We were very lucky on the last day and was able to watch the northern lights from the porch. Highly recommended, and if we ever find our way back we will be bookint again."

"The Lake House was beautiful and clean. It was a great spot to start all our adventures traversing the South side of Iceland. We arrived later in the day and had a bit of an embarrassing mix-up with our directions. However, Renate was very nice about us driving into the horse training area, sorry again for that. She was also very responsive to all our needs and our stay was just wonderful. We did not see the Northern Lights, but that may just mean we have to go back. Next time during a month...

"Upon arrival, we were impressed by the beautiful landscapes. The cabin itself was clean and modern. From the central space, one window offered a view of Icelandic horses.
