"This hotel is magnificent from the outside and very comfortable and warm on the inside. Proprietor Charlie and companion (sheepdog) Rosie have faithfully renovated this 1920’s hotel in period style plus a few updates like air conditioning and WiFi. Charlie is a gracious host and is very knowledgeable about the history of the area. A great departure from the day to day. "
