Room was very clean throughout the stay and was sufficiently equipped (hot powerful shower, TV with streaming and casting built-in, drink-making supplies). Staff were always super friendly and helpful. Hotel was always warm and welcoming.

One pillow on each bed which was small, soft and thin making an uncomfortable night - maybe we could have got more from Reception but we were on the 7th floor.
