"Very nice Hotel. Not Happy I was not offered a free upgrade as MANY of the Expedia affiliated hotels offer (The hotel and City is off season now) and I know there were rooms available. But were quick sell me me an upgrade at €100 a night! NOT HAPPY. The young lady (She knows who she is) was arrogant to say the least. If you don’t for help with your luggage forget it.
