The actual hotel was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The room was nice as well. There were two small issues that kept me from giving 5/5 stars. First, the pillows were way too soft. They would be completely flat after laying on them for about a minute, even if you stacked them. Second was blinds did NOT do a good job at all of keeping the light out. With two large windows right by the bed, it made it really hard to sleep with all the light coming in with Finland’s early sunrises. I’d suggest some true blackout blinds.

Very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The only thing I´d wish they´d had, would have been a coffee machine, like a Nespresso or similar in the room. Other than that, I was very pleased with the comfort and I would love to return.

Hotel is in a great location, and was surprisingly quiet considering it was a busy area. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if in Helsinki.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a great choice for breakfast including its own gluten free bar. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. My only negative point is the lifts; they are very small. Two go to the very top and an old fashioned on only goes to floor 5. These lists are used by customers and staff so if it’s housekeeping morning it takes forever to go anywhere! Other than that, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Amazing stay

Amazing hotel right in the center, close to everything, with great tram access too. The room was nice and clean. The receptionist who welcomed us (I’m so sorry I can’t recall the name, she was young and blonde) was super sweet and helpful, the restaurant staff as well. Great breakfast, definitely recommend the smoothies.

Amazing view from the top floor bar, possibly the best view of the city. Staff were really friendly and accommodating and the rooms were very nice, clean and furnished to a high standard. Breakfast was of a great quality with lots of options, and wasn’t swimming in grease like other hotel buffet breakfasts
