Poor condition

If you want to book an accommodation with kitchen don't book this one! Kitchen equipment is on poor condition. Also during my stay there were 3 lamps broken (all on kitchen area), bathroom sink didn't work and kitchen electricity board is out if the wall. Chairs are wobbly. Floors were dusty. Nothing was fixed during my stay. Cups and plates as well as bedsheets are not matching, little thing but would give way better impression of the place. Only positive thing for me was the central location.

Gute Lage, Austattung mangelhaft

Leider war die Wohnung nicht geputzt, obwohl wir sogar recht spät eingecheckt sind. Es war vor Ort auch niemand telefonisch erreichbar und auf email kam recht spät eine Reaktion. Putzteam wurde dann doch noch vorbei geschickt, hat uns aber viel Zeit geraubt und es war fraglich ob wir uns nicht kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft suchen müssen. Wir haben auswärts gegessen, somit haben wir die Küche nicht benutzt. Es wäre auch schwierig geworden mit der vorhandenen Ausstattung. Es gab z.B. nur 1 Tasse. Ein Stuhl war auch ziemlich wackelig. Ansonsten aber eine nette Wohnung in bester Lage.

Ihana pieni hotelli, jossa erittäin hyvä palvelu. Ruoka alakerran ravintolassa oli herkullista, samoin aamiainen kauniissa talvipuutarhassa. Ilmainen parkkialue edustalla.

Just satisfactory

I needed to pick up the key from a location that was 15min walk from the apartment - not very pleasant with a heavy luggage. The woman at the reception was not that friendly and did not convey a professional image. The sofa in the apartment was dirty with big stains on it. Other than that, the apartment was well equipped and comfortable enough. I am not going to book 2nd homes again.

Would be perfect if the lockbox is located in apt

Everything is good. Clean and cozy. Also very detailed information on how to get to the apartment. The only downside is the checkin location is a bit far from the apartment. Especially we arrived late, and we only walked 15min to get the key in a lockbox. Would be perfect if they can put the lockbox in the apartment building/lobby.

Needs a bathroom fix

you need to go to a different location to check in and is quite a walk to the apartment. The apartment is spacious and there’s hot water but there is a problem with the bathroom drainage. It takes more than 2hrs to drain so while showering the bathroom is flooded. We tried to contact the host but they never responded or even answered our call. Thats why comfort needs improvement. Aside from that the apartment is well located and next to a metro station

Great safe location, right next to the University Library metro stop and easily walkable to any of the old city highlights. I was happy that they had an elevator and a blowdryer. The room had huge windows that opened onto a quiet courtyard. High ceilings and lots of hot water.

Location is good n Bed is comfy. However , be aware of distance between key pick up’s office and the apartment. The building is a bit old. Found pieces of food at sofa, clwanliness need to be improved. Just one small roll of toilet tissue available for my two day stay. Check in time is only a/v after 3pm, therefore be prepared for the arrangement of luggages before that.

Уютная студия

Моя вина, что не заметил указание, что за ключами необходимо зайти по другому адресу. К счастью, дорога по навигатору (пешком) заняла не более 10-15 минут в одну сторону. Потребовались документы (подошёл мой российский паспорт). Двери во внутренний двор и в квартиру поддались ключам не сразу (сталкивался с этой проблемой неоднократно за время пребывания в апартаментах). Уютная студия со всем необходимым. Есть шампунь, полотенца. Нет тапочек и халатов. Мягкие, до чёртиков удобные одеяла и подушки. Помимо кровати, есть диван. Кажется, его даже можно разложить, и можно будет остановиться вчетвером. Есть маленький холодильник с крошечной морозильной камерой. Телевизор не включали. Розеток для ноутбука и зарядки телефона хватило.
