Built in 1925, the architecture of the history preserved in the best possible way. Tall rooms and two deep window seats bring cozy atmosphere. This stylishly decorated two-room apartment on the ground floor, overlooking the peaceful courtyard, was once resided the old caretaker of the residence. The apartment has wonderful original parquet floor throughout, and will delight you with a wholesome natural light flood.

A spacious and well-equipped kitchen, with plenty of cupboard space that can accommodate a couple extra guests for dinner perfectly. In addition, the dishwasher is integrated into the kitchen. A separate shower room (with washing machine) and toilet make everyday life easier. There is plenty of space for leisure. Full-height canopy bed with walk-in closet is installed next to it.
