"You would be hard-pressed to beat the location. Check-in and check-out were quick. The rooms were clean, reasonably sized, and the staff was friendly. Our party was up and out of the hotel before the free breakfast, so I cannot comment on that element. The bar had a limited selection of beer and charged a fair price."

"Great bargain for London and the Paddington area! It was a fourth floor walk-up without elevator or AC, and the room was tiny, even by London standards. But the bed was comfortable and the provided fan helped with the heat. The free self-serve instant coffee and tea on the third floor was a nice touch, as was the free baggage storage on day of check out."

"Surprisingly comfortable hotel, especially the bed. I was therefore just 8 hours, so ate or drank nothing. But as someone who was once responsible for Hyatt International's training worldwide (20 years in the company), I could not fault my experience. A shame that no one picked up on this fact which I shared in my email to reservations. Not that I wanted an upgrade, but an acknowledgement would have turned an OK stay into something personal. I was just another number. Politely and efficiently handled, yes, but nothing that couldn't have been handled just as well by a robot without a name."
