Beautiful duplex apartment of 80 m2, sea view in a secure residence with swimming pool and pediment. Very quiet and wooded place, 5 minutes walk from the ocean.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, an upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the living area. A kitchenette with electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It has a parking space and a balcony. It is located on the first floor of a small one-storey building.

Swimming pool is open from 01st of June to 30th of September, not heated.
