Newly Constructed Mountain Home with Garage!Wonderful Views, yet Close to Town!

  • Beautiful newly constructed home. Home has a two car garage that you can use to park your car during your stay. No need to worry about trying to load or unload your car in the rain! Beautiful mountain view from the front porch. We take pride in ensuring the house will be the cleanest vacation rental you will find in the area. Also, enjoy sitting on the porch swings while watching horses, miniature donkeys graze in front of you :) House sits on 14 acres. House is located close to Hendersonville and Asheville. All paved roads to the house with a short driveway. Only located 3.7 miles from I-26.

    This home comes with three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms with each bedrooms having walk-in closets. Brand New Stainless Steel appliances, also new front end washer/dryer. Living room has 55-inch TV with surround sound, DVD player, also a TV is located in Master bedroom. Master bathroom has stand up shower and a large bath tub. King size bed in Master bedroom. Large kitchen wooden table that has 6 chairs. House was built with vacation rental use in mind so it will make your stay enjoyable. Not an older home converted to use as vacation rental like so many in the area.

    If you are wanting a place to stay during the winter months in the mountains, this house is perfect. Easy access from the main roads to a very short driveway. No hills to worry about while getting to the house during snow.

    Located 5 miles from downtown Hendersonville. 25 minutes from downtown Asheville. 25 minutes to Tryon Equestrian Center. 25 minutes to Dupont Forest. House is centrally located to enjoy all the attractions in WNC.
    WNC has many attractions to offer from hiking, kayaking, waterfalls, BlueRidge Parkway, Biltmore House, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, horseback riding and so many more.

Henderson Mountain Home

The entire family enjoyed the stay immensely. The home was excellent and the hosts were very accommodating. Wonderful home, perfect location to be in a rural area with Mountain View’s and close to Hendersonville with Orchards within 10 minutes, gem mining within 20 min, and great restaurants! We even had a fawn deer walk up to the fence the first morning to say Welcome! We loved watching the horses, 2 donkeys, and steer. They had great personalities! I loved hearing all the birds in the morning on a Merlin Bird ID app I have. It was just perfect! I just wish I could have stayed longer to grill out and have a fire!

We enjoyed everything about this home. We are older so being a one story home with a garage was ideal. The neighborhood is quiet except for cars passing by. The home is clean and well stocked. The property manager was kind, flexible and responded quickly to my questions. The best part was having the animals so close. They were quiet and friendly. Great find in Hendersonville

What a great place to stay in Hendersonville!!!! The house is located close to the road, so no stress driveway, on a very quite road and in a very quite neighborhood. The house is spacious and clean. It had everything you need as well as comfortable furniture and blazing fast internet. The house is only a couple of relaxing miles from Hendersonville. Access to a drive in garage was a real perk!!! It made loading and unloading the car very easy. The owner was very accessible and communicated quickly to any question we had. Overall, this is one of the best VRBO places we have ever stayed. I highly recommend this house!!

Wow on this Mountain House

We had returned to N Carolina for brothers celebration of life. This home was absolutely stunning. Having the horses, long horn, and donkeys just feet from the porch was healing and peaceful. They visited us daily. Everything about this home is 5⭐️. The home is clean, inviting, spacious, comfortable, and more. Everything one could need home away from home. The host Cody was fantastic, kind, and caring. He left the lights on for us due to our late arrival which was great and kind. I can not recommend this home more. I promise you will love it as much as we did. It will be the 1st place we will look to book upon our return in the fall. Thank u for our stay.

Family Fun

This was a delightful propery that exceeded the expectations of our family. The house was very clean and we lacked for nothing. Our host was very responsive to my questions before and during our stay. This home was close to conveniences of town, yet far enough out for the quietness of the countryside. It is easily accessible without all wheel drive. We were also close enough to take advantage of snow tubing and various hiking trails nearby. The added bonus for my 7 year old granddaughter was watching the horses, cows, and donkeys from the deck each afternoon. We even watched deer in the field esrly morning and at dusk. A Great Home Base for Exploring the Asheville area and beyond

This property exceeded our expectations. First off, the pictures are accurate in terms of the animals - we did indeed see the horses and donkeys every single day and they were beautiful, so if you are wanting that experience, you will get it. Our family loved it. Beyond that, this property is perfectly located if your goal is to not just visit Asheville but also see the many surrounding sights - ie. the many waterfalls and hiking trails. The home is close to Hendersonville, accessible by easy paved roads, and does NOT require you to navigate any tricky mountain switchbacks. The home is also BIG - with plenty of room to relax. It's about 25-30 minutes to Asheville, 35 minutes to Pigsah Natl Forest (Sliding Rock, Looking Glass Falls, etc), 25 minutes to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure, and within an hour or less of many other fun stuff (Dupont, Brevard, etc). The owner Cody is excellent with communication and there is even a garage you can park your vehicle inside. All in all this was a real WINNER. Thanks!
