Designed with charm and comfort in mind, this getaway offers a serene space for rest, reflection, and reconnection with nature. This lovely lower-level unit is designed with shabby chic touches. You’ll have a private entrance, a comfy living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and all the essentials for a quiet, comfortable stay. Pull out sofa ads option for 4 guests.

    This cozy lower-level apartment is tucked away at the end of a quiet dead-end lane in a peaceful, private community—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Close to historic downtown Hendersonville, Asheville, orchards, wineries, waterfalls and bike trails.

    My wife and I live upstairs with our two little dogs, and you may occasionally hear soft pitter-patter, but you’ll enjoy complete privacy in your own space.

    The home uses a shared thermostat, so the lower level can be cooler during the winter months; to keep things cozy and inviting, the apartment is equipped with supplemental heating including a relaxing electric fireplace—ideal for curling up and unwinding after a long day.

    The backyard is reserved exclusively for our guests and features a firepit for cozy evenings. Deer and songbirds frequently visit, making it a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at night.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The host cancelled the day before my stay stating it was unavailable due to environmental factors but re listed it for more money immediately. This left me having to pay over double the price to book a new place. Seems very shady I would avoid like the plague!
