"The room smelled awful; there were multiple stains on floor, futniture and shower; Also, there were limited housekeeping services; asked for linen to be changed but was informed that they could give us extra linen but they did not have the staff to change it for us; we did not receive any housekeeping services: leftover beverages were left in the refrigerator in the room from prior guests; the room was dusty and the furniture was outdated; the entire resort was outdated and unkept"

"Overall a decent hotel that was pretty clean, AC in room worked great, staff was very helpful and nice. Unfortunately all of our shampoo and body wash were empty upon arrival so we did have to ask them to refill which they did immediately after requesting refills. Would recommend if you want a decent hotel that isn't going to break the bank."

"Nice place and nice amenities. They have a private shuttle that takes you to a private beach with chairs and umbrellas already set up. There is also a private restaurant at the beach that you can order food and drinks (alcohol as well) and can charge to your room. Now the negative - 1) I checked in on 4/8/26 around 9pm. I can’t say the person was rude but it’s certainly not what I would expect from a place like this. I felt like she should have been working at comfort inn. 2) I had another room that I booked for just one night as my daughter was coming down for just a night. I checked in for that room around 11am and this was a much better experience. I was told I would get a text once the room was ready. My daughter arrived around noon and we all went to the beach and then came back and enjoyed time at the pool. We left around 6pm and realized that I still had not received a text for the room. I went to the front desk and inquired and was told there was a problem with my card but then she made a couple of clicks and gave me the room keys…makes no sense because she never got another credit card from me AND if there was a problem with my card they HAVE my phone number…I didn’t make an issue of it but it was another bad mark especially since she didn’t even apologize. 3) Room service is iffy at best. Ordered room service 3 different times and got it once. Overall i would recommend the place and other than the check in person all the other employees were super nice."
