"Room full of dead flies and living spiders. There was an off putting smell I assumed was mildew in the hotel. The furniture was stained and the extra pillow and blanket was covered in white stains or mildew spots. I was unable to receive a refund after checking into room, looking around it for 10 minutes and asking to check out with a refund.
