Villa Nautica - 5 Bedroom Villa

Villa "Nautica" is located few minutes from the town center and few minutes from the beach. Situated in the peaceful and friendly neighbourhood our villa is a perfect place for you to relax and have a dream vacation. Surrounded by a private garden with palm trees, our villa offers you private parking on site, and huge terrace on the second floor .Our beach is located just 5 minutes walking distance from the property.
Our villa has five bedrooms, living room with dining table for 12 persons as well as porch overlooking the garden. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. Laundry room with washer, dryer and iron is available. The housekeeper comes in and takes care of cleaning 6 days a week. Towels are changed daily. The owner is available for questions and any problems 0-24h.Our beach is located 5 minutes walking distance from the property.
