"This is a modern, beautifully presented house with floor-to-ceiling windows and views over the sea. Three of the five bedrooms are full of light and make the most of the coastal aspect. They all have interesting artworks and plenty of storage space. The kitchen/living area is huge and comfortable and everything has been really well thought-through. We loved the terrace at the top and, although the 400 steps down to the village of Rose feel hard work on the way up, the climb is worth it for a dip...

"Our week in Muo was everything I had hoped for. The house was a in a quiet neighbourhood at the water’s edge. We swam every day. From the house we could walk to Kotor. In the other direction we could walk to a small resort with a nice hotel we had a couple of excellent meals. From Muo wee were able to take a water taxi to Perast, another spectacular coastal town. All in all a perfect week with loads to do, or just peace and quiet to sit and read."

"The property, owner, views were all great. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 stars and not 5 is that we didn’t get the house in the VRBO listing. We were told the renters extended their stay so we had to occupy the house at the back. Be aware that this could also happen to you. The owner is a nice guy but he shouldn’t allow this to happen. You can’t show one house but rent another!"

"We were on holiday 4 adults (my family) with my broher-in-law"s family (3 adults and a 12-year-old). The house is excellent for 8 people / 2 families (2 completely separated apartments), although when needed could sleep there 12 as well. The property is very well situated on the Lustica peninsula, in 5 km radius there are 4-5 beaches, good restaurants, Lustica Bay marina, supermarkets and markets, and so on .... Kotor is 12 km away, Tivat airport is 10 km away, Budva is 26 km away. Everithing...

We must say that the house did not live up to our expectations: The house was not clean-spiders in all corners of the ceilings, all walls very dirty (smashed muscitos, dirt etc), foodcrumbs in the oven, dust all over the place and dirty floors. "While not walking distance to city it is a perfect peaceful sea view and location surrounded by beautiful mountains of Montenegro and boats sailing by - all viewable throughout home from an expansive outdoor deck; traditional living in Kotor feel ; access to boat dock for pick up and a day tour of the bay .
